The time to relax is when you don't have time for it. Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are. There cannot be a stressful crisis next week. My schedule is already full. Humor, a great stress reliever! Stress is like spice - in the right proportion it enhances the flavor of a dish. Too little produces a bland, dull meal; too much may choke you.
