Embroidery and other methods to relieve stress

Wonderful methods to relieve stress? I wish I knew something quick and simple. I am a woman who gets upset over simple matters. My menstrual period is one of the difficult days to cope with. I become angry with my children for not doing silly things. At first, I couldn’t identify the reason for this worst mood. I searched the internet and found that many women are facing this.

Usually, I become cautious from the 14th day of my menstrual period. I drink a lot of water and whenever the tension arises I drink another glass of water.

After then, I try to change the mind and concentrate on other works to do. I skip the talks I usually make with others and try to do tiresome works. I work hard so that I doze off easily. I try to sleep properly and if I have a good night's sleep, about half of the work is done.

The next method which I have found is to do some creative work which need high concentration.

I do embroidery works to reduce the tension.

As you know, it is impossible for me to obey others in this situation. I pray a lot but no change occurs. It even makes me angrier and I start cursing for the life I have.

After some time, I feel the presence of GOD and I suddenly remember my mother’s saying “nothing will be solved with anger. Pray to god and he will take you in his hands”. However all these take a few time and after that I keep quiet.

I also do a lot of exercise and that too, tough ones to make me tired. I try to remain healthy as an unhealthy body will be the most tensed one.
