Frustration of a graduate

Hi I am a B-tech holder and at present my main job is to search for jobs.
I have completed my B-Tech in 2007 and got a job in an IT company via Campus placement, as a requisite we need to provide money bond for 1 lakh indian rupees. At first all went smoothly and at the end of successful one year the company heads suddenly vanished with out any proof and they cheated around 700 employees. We file a case against them and the inquiry is still going on. The thing that frustrates me is that the government won't show any interest to find the company heads and these kind of issues happening now also. There should be some measures to check these companies main intension. After that I have joined a BPO company. There we have to work for 10 hours daily and if there is high volume of customers we won't even get break at the right time, there should be some measures from the government to take control over these private companies. I have resigned from there and register with a company to do data conversion job. There I need to convert the image files to html data, the payment is based on the accuracy level. I need to pay rupees 6500/- for registering and rupees 1000/- to convert the image files to word document. I have submitted three works and earn rupees 0/-. I can't maintain the accuracy level they are provided(For each spelling mistake it cost one accuracy reduction). The thing that attracts me is by finishing the work successfully will earn rupees 10,000/-(For accuracy greater than 98%), the amount level decreases as the accuracy decreases. At this time I don't know what to do to get back the amount I have paid as the registration fee.
