Laughter yoga (and other things) relieves my stress

I live a very stress free life even though I work 15 hours a day & 6 days a week. Must be really hard for any individual to manage such a stressful routine but I do it with ease as I manage my stress well.
I always keep myself busy & occupied so that I don't think about other problems. I always do get the solutions for problems.
The different things that I do to keep myself stress free are
• Yoga
• Spend time with family
• Spend quality romantic time with spouse
• Use stress busters like stress balls
• And last but not least- my laughing therapy Yoga gives me the absolute freshness and relief from my stress both mentally and physically.
Basically I spend 30 minutes every day for my Yoga early in the morning at the central park near my residence. I do different types of yoga like Kapal Bharati, Surya Namsakar, Sudarsan Kriys etc.
These are more or less breathing technique that increases the oxygen in my blood & releases the stress.
Spending good time with spouse & family also helps a lot. I do share my complete day's work & experience with them. They do suggest & listen to me which make me feel better.
My spouse also gives me mental & emotional support. Having romantic dinner with spouse also helps me to reduce my stress levels.
At office I keep couple of stress balls with me which are more like sponge balls. They are soft & it helps in pumping blood to my brain & body. This really helps as I calm down after couple of minutes.
Can't forget to explain one method which I love the most & that is the laughter therapy. I do this in the central park after completing yoga. There is a small group of middle age & old age people who laugh loudly early in the morning. I also join them & share the experience. After the 20 minutes drill I become very energetic & forget about my stress.
