My job and my boss

My job is very stressful and the fact that my boss has a super inflated ego and thinks she is the most important person in the world, does not help either.
I work in a busy office as a receptionist. The phone is ringing constantly, people walking in and asking for help and my 2 bosses wanting something from me constantly.
My boss thinks she is incredibly important and she does all the work, no one else in the office does any important work except her. She treats me like I don't exist, except when she has a problem with her computer or something and needs me to help her.
I feel like I am loosing my soul at my job. I am a very spiritual person and this job is all about business, economy, how to be prosperous, etc.
I think this job is slowly killing my soul. I try to see it as a spiritual challenge as part of my spiritual growth and I try to view this as an opportunity to learn something. I am not sure what that might be at this point, but I am sure there is some sort of personal and spiritual growth in this experience.
I don't know what to do though to make it less stressful for myself. I find that I need a lot of stress relief during the day, which I try to squeeze in, sometimes it is just taking a moment to connect with my breath as I read emails, or stretch my legs. I also practice some yoga poses on my lunch break.
I wish I knew what I can do to relieve stress more effectively as I am very tired after work and when I come home I have no energy for anything else.
Anyway, that's it for me, my biggest cause of stress is my work and my feelings of disconnect from the spiritual world.
