Walk in nature for stress relief

Nobody likes stress. We all have to deal with.
My stress comes from working a 9-5 everyday. The boss is coming down on me to meet deadlines constantly. Sometimes this will cause me to go crazy.
After a hard day in the office, everyone needs to relieve some stress.
I always found nature to be the best stress reliever. Go take a walk in your local park, I have a nature reserve that's only fifteen minutes from my house. Whenever I need to escape I go there and explore the beautiful scenery. Every time I'm there I find new trails. There are lakes and waterfalls and animals everywhere. I promise you will forget all about your stress when you are there.
Sometimes I will take my fishing pole and fish in the lake. I never really catch anything, but that never mattered much to me. I just love sitting with my thoughts. As soon as I am done, i go back home and go to bed. Usually the walking tires me out.
The other option if you aren't lucky enough to have a nature reserve by you is to just go out and run. Run until you can't run anymore. Then go further the next day.
This demanding physical activity will make you forgot all your stress. Pretty soon you will be in great shape both physically and mentally. The world is too beautiful to stress over. You need to get out and see it. Walk, run, swim, jump. It doesn't really matter. The more you see, the less stress you will have.
