Yoga helped me

On some fine day I heard news, really bad news for me that I got a backlog in a subject in my seventh semester and it is really a very easy subject.
Anyone who knows basic English and about documentation can pass out in this subject. However I can’t pass out. As I was not a weak student to got a backlog I can’t face my parents, teachers and friends face. I felt ashamed and stressed.
In college friends showed a normal attitude. They, in college say backlog in college is like another achievement in college life. My teachers showed a sympathy face. They gave ideas like Be confident and apply for revaluation.
Anyway my parents can’t tolerate about my backlog news. From my school days I used to be a bright student and I will be always teachers pet.
So my parents showed face on me. Everything I do in home will be wrong. I was not allowed to watch television and hear to music. It felt like hell to be in home. I cried to my friends and I am in high point of stress.
I started to leave my friends and be alone. But since they are good in nature they won’t allow me to go far from them. At this point, a good friend of mine gave some valuable ideas to fight my stress. First of all I bought some fish and kept it in my room without my parent’s knowledge.
Whenever I feel stressed I sit before it and watch for just 15 minutes. You won’t believe it works feel light-hearted. Next, whatever happens I would tell to myself 'everything happens for the best and this bad time will pass away and I will dream of my happiness'.
Next, I started showing my good marks in class exams to my mom. Initially she was not interested in seeing this. But later she joins me in my happiness and motivates me more. My marks go up and I was among class topper then.
In few days I consult my college yoga master and ask some exercise to get relief of stress. Then in everyday morning I started doing some yoga. This reaches my dad’s ears, and he was normal to me then even though we won’t be like other dad daughters. The next semester exam started and I wrote my backlog exams and on a fine day the results came. I scored 85 out of 100 in the exam. I was on my happiness peak.
Now I knew how to get rid of my stress and also how to pass exams.
