Yoga, meditation, and breathing to relieve stress

Hai man yesterday you told me that you are having stress, i will tell you some techniques to release stress.
First point is to do some yoga, yoga is a great relief for stress if we do yoga frequently your stress will be released.
Another point is by doing some breathing exercise by doing that also you can release stress.
The third point is by meditation it will the most effective idea to release stress.
But you must take care that you must study yoga, meditation and breathing exercise in a correct manner and from a correct person to get better result. Also you have to do it on a daily basis.
There are some other small ideas also music, hearing music will give a great relief to stress. Another way is to go to a place that you like most like some tourist centers.
If we can talk to person we like most then also stress can be released to some extent. The thing is that you have to choose which of this is suitable to you most.
Nowadays there are many organization that study various courses to release stress, one of the main organization is Art of Living course by Sri Sri Ravishankar.
There are many courses in it such a basic course, DSN, YLTP etc. Each step will teach you something different. In these courses we will study the art of yoga such as Pathmasadhana, the art of meditation, the art of breathing such as Sudharshana kriya etc from able teachers.
If we study all these with respect and nice attitude and do these things daily it is 100% sure that it will do a world of good to release our stress and may stress never come again.
